It’s important to frequently upload your insulin pump data into CareLink™ Personal in order to keep a record of your current insulin pump settings, to transfer to your new pump.

Kindly note all the settings you need to check:
- Basal Patterns settings
- Bolus Wizard™ settings (carb ration, sensitivity, glucose targets, active insulin time)
- Sensor Settings (low and high limits and alerts)
- Max bolus and max basal settings
- Fill cannula amount

As discussed, the faulty insulin pump must be returned to Medtronic which is arranged as a swop with the delivery of your new pump.
